Wij delen onze groepslessen in op 3 stufe's qua Intensiteit. Elke groepsles krijgt van ons a warardering in aantal sterren.

Via dewebshop You can buy tickets online for various groepslessen. Here you never have to watch the reception, so you can have your ticket scanned when the tourniquet is in the entrance and near the clothes chambers!
